At Mortgage 1, we want to ensure the closing of your purchase runs smoothly, and you can move into your home as soon as possible. If we have followed the first 3 steps in the home buying process, step 4 should be a slam dunk! Below are the final steps to closing on a home.
1. The Mortgage company will provide a Finalized HUD Settlement statement which will include all information for payments on the Mortgage. The buyer will need to obtain a certified check payable to the Title Company to bring to closing.
2. Time to Sign the Papers!
3. Buyers will need to file their homestead property transfer papers
4. Move in and enjoy your new home!
